Hans Veldhoen
Managing Director
Hans is the founder of NextivityFiber and also the brains and inspiration behind our company and our innovations. With a proven track record and his own unique approach, Hans is the innovator par excellence in the telecoms market. Through ConXys, he has brought many new technological solutions to the market, and with NextivityFiber he is taking it one step further. Transforming telecom networks is his goal, with the aim of being a fully carbon-neutral business. Hans: “We have to pass this earth on to our children. Everyone talks about it, but NextivityFiber actually has solutions to accomplish this.” As Maniging Director, Hans leads our company and with his background and passion he stimulates the growth of NexitivityFiber and its innovation & development.

Rogier Holst
Sales Director
Rogier is Sales Director at NextivityFiber, and enjoys making the initial contact with the market. In this role, Rogier is primarily responsible for all customer relations, and is also the first point of contact for customers wishing to determine how their assets can be fully optimised. With over 20 years of commercial and operational experience within the Telecoms sector, Rogier has the expertise to optimise customer service. Both in mobile and cable networks, he has fulfilled roles in capacity expansion, new builds and B2B connections. With his law degree and Master in Business Administration (MBA), as well as his practical experience, Rogier brings a lot to NextivityFiber and its customers. Rogier’s passion clearly lies with the customer, the owners of telecom networks. Rogier: “It’s all about helping network owners to manage their assets as efficiently as possible in order to enable them to have satisfied customers and to retain those customers. With our solutions, we are taking a ground-breaking step that offers many advantages.”
