With a passion for technology and innovation, we are always looking for new developments. Developments that can solve customers’ challenges or problems. Designed and scientifically underpinned by our technical specialists. They are not alone in their work, as our Innovation and Development department embraces an open innovation culture. A culture in which everyone with the same passion or with brilliant ideas can participate. Elisa Dominese

Product Development Engineer

Elisa, from the North of Italy, is a Product Development Engineer at NextivityFiber, working closely with Ronald Limburg, among others. Elisa moved to the Netherlands in 2018 to gain her Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) at the Delft University of Technology. As a trainee from the Delft University of Technology, she was given the opportunity to complete her final individual design project at NextivityFiber. Since then, she has been working hard to establish the best procedure for upgrading traditional coaxial networks to the faster and more reliable fibre-optic networks. Elisa is in charge of conducting tests, analyzing and scientifically verifying data and providing equipment. All is aimed at producing the next generation internet network as quickly as possible.

Reza Hesami

Proces Development Engineer

Reza is from Iran, and as a student at Delft University of Technology, has been offered a trainee position at NextivityFiber. Reza is studying for a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) with a traineeship on linking the objectives of deepening technical knowledge to shaping cooperation between academia and industry. With a focus on process and equipment design, Reza joined NextivityFiber in May 2020 in order to spend a year conducting a process design project. Here, he also gained his knowledge in design and evaluation of chemical processes, as well as experience in project planning and project management. At NextivityFiber, Reza particularly appreciates the guaranteed high level of knowledge and the mindset of all succeeding together. He has learned that success comes where preparation meets opportunity. Further more he has gained invaluable tools from his traineeship which help him to continuously improve and get the most out of every challenge.
