We provide the optimisation of your existing Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) network from a Full Service approach. This means that we oversee and manage the entire process for you. Our specialists, together with our partners, handle all this, while NextivityFiber coordinates the outsourced work. We oversee the entire chain and have our finger on the pulse, so that we are always prepared and act on time to achieve the best result for you as a network owner.
Design
The first step concerns the design phase. This phase is carried out by our employees with all possible care, because good preparation is half the job. We start with an extensive intake followed by a site survey. We discuss the information obtained for verification, after which we work out the design of the desired end situation of the network (the ‘as built’ registration). This design is coordinated with each other and, where necessary, refined and completed with the latest insights. The starting point for the final situation (‘as build’) has thus been established and is clear to everyone.
Preparation
The second phase concerns the preparation. Based on the established design, we manage all the preparations, and involve specialist partners where required. From this preparation we collect all information for the most efficient transformation of your existing network possible. A transformation with the least possible disruption to the connection, and as little inconvenience as possible for local residents and organizations involved. Good preparation also ensures that excavation damage is prevented and administrative fees are limited.
Transformation
The third step is the actual transformation. In this phase we transform your network from coax to fiber. The copper core is literally replaced by fiberglass, where instead of traditional digging along the entire length, we focus on smart transformation, with fewer metres of digging work involved. This is carried out either by ourselves or by selected and qualified partners, whereby we coordinate all the work, closely monitoring the project and the results at all times. Our starting point is to minimize disruption.
After care
After the transformation, we continuously provide the necessary aftercare. We continue to monitor the process and the end result (‘as build’) as aftercare for the entire project, ensuring that your network actually achieves the optimal end result. After the transformation of your network, we are available 24 hours, 7 days a week (24/7) in case of emergencies. In addition, we are always available to answer any questions about our process and our solutions. If required, we can handle everything regarding the ‘as built’ registrations in the registration systems.
