NextivityFiber enters the market with FiberX-ID

FiberX-ID in a successful test environment in Den Dolder, the Netherlands

Den Dolder (NL), February 1, 2021

NextivityFiber has introduced its groundbreaking innovation FiberX-ID to the telecom world on 1 February 2021.

With FiberX-ID, NextivityFiber transforms the HFC networks within existing telecom infrastructures. This makes it possible to convert existing copper cables into high-quality fiber optic connections at a lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and with less excavation work. This is achieved by removing the copper core from the current cables and replacing it with fiber optics. Ideal for network owners of both large and small networks.

Hans Veldhoen, founder of and Director Innovations at NextivityFiber is proud of this step and looks, with his team, forward to discussing and applying the technology with network owners. Hans: “As NextivityFiber we realize disruptive solutions within the world of FttX. Since our foundation, we have been active in the realization of our groundbreaking innovation FiberX-ID, which we introduce in the telecom world by February 1, 2021. With FiberX-ID, existing Copper telecom infrastructures will sustainably be transformed into Fiber infrastructures. We do this via a customization and a CO2-conscious approach, with which you optimize your network and prepare it for the future. The future-proof connections that NextivityFiber realizes for you are connections that are equipped with the latest technologies. As a network owner, you continue to create new opportunities and possibilities for your customers. ”
